We understand that online shopping can be difficult. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us to resolve any issues. We want you to look and feel fabulous in your Deep Glow products and we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
To submit an exchange request, you must write to us at email@example.com, within 15 days from the day you receive your purchase. To do so, it is necessary that you send the proof of purchase that you received in your email at the time of purchase. We will contact you within a maximum of 48 hours. Items must be presented in their original packaging, with all tags and labels, unworn and unwashed. Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted.
Bottoms, thongs, bodysuits and nipple pasties are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
We do not make exchanges after the deadline.
The purchase allows only two exchanges.
The cost of shipping and taxes derived from the exchange, must be paid by the customer.
We do not make money refunds, only in cases of warranty for failure of origin.
In case of errors with the order, Deep Glow will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product.
In case of products out of stock, Deep Glow will have 2 days to notify the customer, and the customer can choose to buy another product of the same value or a refund (within 7 working days).
In the event of a failure of origin, you may exercise the product warranty. To do so, you must write to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 15 days from the date you received the product. We will evaluate the fault and in case of being admitted, you will be able to choose the following options:
- Exchange for the same product.
- Exchange it for another product.
- Refund of the amount paid (within 7 working days).
